Returns Policy

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 21 days of receiving your item and will be automatically issued with an Online Store CREDIT. You can use your online store credit to purchase any item from our website.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, folded neatly and all the tags still in tact (in the same condition that you received it). 

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. 

It is HIGHLY recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for returning your item to us (eg Registered or Express Post).

• Please note - we only refund items if the product purchases is defective or damaged.

• Due to our high volume stock turn over we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges and are unable to hold stock. However we will provide you with an online store credit to purchase the correct size.

MODIFYING OR REQUESTING TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER:

• Salty Crush will gladly add or remove items from your order upon request before being sent for delivery. We are unable to change items within an order during Flash Sale periods or Christmas periods.

• If an item or order is cancelled, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund value to process back to your account. Our Store Vouchers/ Gift cards will be available to use immediately.

• If your order has been dispatched changes cannot be made to the order or address.

• If your return a parcel with "Return to Sender" noted on your parcel, as a means of returning your items, $25.00 will be deducted from your store credit or charged to resend the goods as this is how much we are charged for parcels handled this way.

BOXING DAY SALE/ FLASH SALE RETURNS:

• If you have purchased one of our items during our Boxing day or Flash Sales we are still happy to accept these returns for Store Credits provided that they still follow the above requirements. We will not accept any returns on items that are from our “Sale section” as these are final sales. 


Late or missing store credit:

• If you haven’t received your store credit yet, please first check your email inbox (maybe even your spam folder) again. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your store credit yet, please Contact Us.

Sale items:

• Regular priced items may only be refunded if defective or faulty. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, so please choose carefully. We DO NOT provide a refund, exchange or store credit on SALE ITEMS if you change your mind, wear it or it's not the right fit.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
