Returns Policy

Returns Policy:

*PLEASE ENSURE TO READ OUR POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASE*

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, We are happy for you to return your full priced item to us and a voucher of the same value will be created for you to use towards your next Salty Crush purchase.

Salty Crush do not offer refunds for change of minds, colour issues or if the item does not fit. We are unable to accept any returns on our SALE items.

We do not offer to straight exchange items. Once your voucher is created, you can use this towards the same style in a different size if in stock or towards any other of our beautiful Salty Crush pieces

We are happy to accept returns on items purchased during our Flash Sales or Promos providing they are not purchased from our SALE section and meet our return requirements

FULL PRICED RETURNS CONDITIONS:

We are happy to accept any returns on our FULL PRICED items providing:

  • Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition- unworn, unwashed, tags still attached and no alterations made. If the items do not meet these requirements, the item will be returned to Sender.
  • We do not accept returns on SALE items as these are priced to clear. Please ensure to choose carefully.
Once we have received your return, your Store Voucher will be created for you and available to use immediately. All voucher information is sent to you via Emails once created. If you do not receive your voucher information within 3 business days of your return we suggest checking your junk and spam mail or you can email us at info@saltycrush.com

 

*Vouchers are created at the value of the items purchased less postage.*

 Salty Crush do not offer any exchanges at this time as this can cause discrepancies in our systems. You can use your voucher towards any other of our other beautiful pieces

 

How to Return an item:

  • Ensure your item(s) are packed up neatly and meet above return requirements.
  • Please Include the following information within your return. This information can be found on the back of your Thank you note in your order:
    • Your Name
    • Order Number
    • Reason For Return
  • If your items are returned to us in the original satchel with “Return to sender”, $25.00 will be deducted from your Voucher or charged as compensation as this is the cost charged to Salty Crush when returns are handled this way.
  • If your Order is undeliverable and returned to sender, you will be contacted immediately. Additional Shipping costs will be charged in this case to have the order re-sent to you. Refunds will not be approved in these cases. Please ensure to double check your address before completing your order to avoid this

Please note: It is recommended to use a traceable method for returns for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage for all returns.

FAULTY ITEMS:

 All garments must follow correct care instructions as our items are quite delicate and may become damaged if correct instructions are not followed.

 Due to the nature of some fabrics composed for their fashionable qualities and fit, this can include shrinkage, colour fading and other outcomes.

 It is advised that all Salty Crush pieces are to be cold hand washed using a delicate detergent only OR professionally dry-cleaned.

 Faulty items must be faulty by Manufacture. This includes:

-Open Seams

-Broken zippers or Buttons

-Puckering

 A worn item with makeup stains or a garment that is damaged due to not following proper care instructions may not be classified as faulty by manufacture and may be unsuitable for our faulty returns process.

 

  • Please ensure to email info@saltycrush.com with photos of the fault to speed up your faulty returns process.

 

  • Faulty items are only returnable within a reasonable time frame. We cannot accept any returns on faulty items that are over 3 months since purchase.

 

  • We are happy to cover postage costs for faulty returns and replace your approved faulty item with the identical item when possible. If you choose not to receive a replacement for a minor fault, this will be considered a “change of mind” and a voucher will be created.

 

  • As per Australian Consumer law, a refund may be offered if we cannot repair or replace the faulty garment with the identical item OR if the fault is major problem

 AFTERPAY RETURNS / REFUNDS:

  • Any returns for afterpay orders will still follow our above policies. A voucher will be created for change of mind items and Afterpay will continue to deduct equal amounts from your account fortnightly until the order payment is completed

 Please note that In the case a refund has been approved for Afterpay, payment for postage costs will still be charged.

If a refund has been approved by Salty Crush for an afterpay order, we will process this from our back-end and your Afterpay Payments will be adjusted to your new order total.  If you have purchased multiple items and choose to return a part of your order and have been approved a refund your order total will be adjusted. If you have already paid over this new order total, the variance will be refunded.

 

MODIFYING OR REQUESTING TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER:

 Salty Crush will gladly add or remove items from your order upon request before being sent for delivery. 

*Please note: we are unable to adjust any orders during Flash Sales, Promos or our busy Christmas periods*

  • If an item or order is cancelled, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund value to process back to your account. Our Store Vouchers will be available to use immediately.
  • If your order has been dispatched changes cannot be made to the order or address.

 PLEASE NOTE: Our Welcome codes/ Influencers discounts will not work in conjunction with other discounts and are not valid during Flash Sales or Promos.
