Shipping Delivery Information

All Australian standard orders of $100.00 or more are shipped with Australia Post for FREE! A flat rate of $10.00 applies to all orders under $100.00 and will be sent with Australia Post. Simply choose our Express Delivery service at the checkout when placing your order. Be sure to specify somewhere safe to leave your parcel.

*Delivery time is estimated at 1-3 business days for most metropolitan suburbs, and larger regional areas when you order before our 2:00pm Sydney time cut-off. Please understand that severe weather, bush fires, aircraft mechanical failures, high volume of orders during festive season and other such calamities may affect this delivery time.

You can track your order at Australia Post with the consignment number emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your order.

We also ship world-wide for all international orders. Shipping rates do differ from country to country, so are subject to market shipping providers and pricing.

MODIFYING OR REQUESTING TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER:

Salty Crush will gladly add or remove items from your order upon request before being sent for delivery. We are unable to change items within an order during Flash Sale periods or Christmas periods. If an item or order is cancelled, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund value to process back to your account. Our Store Vouchers/ Gift cards will be available to use immediately.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do our best to avoid customs duties and taxes on international orders. However we do not take responsibility for any duties or taxes charged to deliver to your particular country.

In the event that an international order attracts custom duties or taxes, please use an online calculator or refer to your governments website regarding duties and taxes.

For New Zealand, all shipments sent exceeding the sales value of $190 AUD will incur a duties and taxes charge.

For UK orders you may need to pay customs duties on orders that exceed 135 pounds.

You will need to pay VAT on all orders over 15 pounds. These are payable to UK customs upon entry into the UK.

We are legally required to declare the total value paid on international shipments. Salty Crush reserves the right to deduct any returns costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
